I was just cruising back through the BFing board and noticed your post. I hope you were able to find some help with your latch issues. Not sure what hospital you delivered at, but HealthEast has a Lactation Clinic. There is a LC at one of the hospitals every day (it rotates so you'd have to call and see which one had the LC that day for an appointment.)

Just saw this... I was able to figure it out.  I saw a LC in the Health partners Como clinic.  Took a few visits, but she's now feeding like a champ.  Everyone was right... the first 2 weeks are very difficult, but after that everything gets easier.  Thanks!
