I don't know why, but it just came to me and I love it!! I don't know if DH will go for it, but I love it.

WDYT?? I liked Lola, but when I asked you bumpers and you said "she was a showgirl" lol its all I can think of!!!

We have an AWFUL last name & it ends in -ski.

is this pronounced "lee" or "lee-uh"? if it's the former, i would spell it leigh. if it's the latter, i would spell it leah.

i like leah, i think it's cute.

lee/leigh is okay, but kinda boring.

i guess it could also be pronounced "lay-uh" and still be spelled leah. "lay-uh" is cute too.

I think you mean to prononuce it "Lee-ah" in which case I would spell it Leah. Very pretty name.

Will it sound like Leah?? If so I prefer that spelling. Otherwise it confuses me on whether it is pronounce, Lee, Lay-a, Lee-a, or Lay.?

I know someone with this spelling of "Leah". I like it - but she definitely got called "Lee" by every.single.teacher in school, by mistake.

I would pronounce this spelling as "Lay-uh," because the girl with this name I know pronounces her name that way. (She's German, if it matters.)

If you're going to pronounce it like "Leah," I would just spell it that way to save your DD a ton of headaches.

Spell it Lea..it isnt that uncommon of a spelling. I like the way Lea looks better than Leah.
