To put a pic in your siggy, go to tinypics.com and upload a picture.  Then go to edit, and choose the "resize" option.  I think the size I chose for my current pic is medium.  Once it's resized, you'll see the code for putting it on a website.  Copy it and paste it in your siggy (go to my bump, edit profile).  HTH!
