Anyone had O'Douls?

I know it has .4 alcohol content, but I heard some pregnant ladies drink it, bc of craving or to fool friends.

I've heard Busch N/A tastes better I haven't had it yet at this point I'd rather eat my calories rather than drink them hahaha!

I was threatening to buy some last week because pizza and beer sounded really good. A friend of mine had some while pregnant and said it was only ok. I guess I'm good for now.

I've had it before being pregnant and it's not good at all.  I am going to wait until 2nd tri to try any of the better N/A beers (Clausthaler, some other microbrew n/a's).  Right now, .4% is too much for me to justify just to taste something that barely approximates beer.

Had some yesterday. I like the O'Doul's Amber. My doctor said they were fine as long as I wasn't downing a 6-pack every day.

awesome- thx girl. Everyone keeps asking why I'm not drinking, esp now at bars during football, so I ordered o'douls in glass and only had like 8 sips....but I kinda got worried bc there is alcohol in it.

I have been really craving beer and going out to watch football this weekend didn't help so I had one.  My friend who just had a baby said she drank one every once in a while.  I like different kinds of beers so I thought it tasted good.  Kinda reminded me of a Corona or Hieniken (sp?) ut if you are more of a bud light drinker it is definitely different.

I have! But I like the amber better than the regular. HOWEVER, teh best I've had is a kind of NA called Kalliber which is made by Guiness. YUM! I just crave it with certain foods sometimes.

I had O'Doul's before getting pregnant.  I actually like it.  I didn't like the O'Doul's Amber though.  If you have a Whole Foods near you, they have quite a few different varieties of non-alcoholic beer.  I tried a really good German one before getting pregnant too.

Beer makes me feel sick!!!  Maybe in the 2nd tri!

My husband chooses not to drink but will drink kalliber once in a while. I tried it, its not as thick as guiness but still pretty good. I don't have a beer pallet so maybe others have differnect opinions but to me it was good. I choose not to drink any alcohol at all during my pregnancy so I won't even have an NA but to each their own.

St. Pauli girl makes a good N/A beer too. I don't mind o'douls. Also, there's a wine called Fre (pronounced Free) and it's n/a. It's really yummy too. I like the merlot, chard, and zin. I heard they have a sparkling one now too. It's like $6 a bottle. I drank that while preg. w/ DD and look forward to it again around my b-day and the holidays.
