I think it's become too associated with girls, I'd never use it for a boy now because it's pretty likely he'd have a girl Reese in his class at some point. ?Not cool for a guy.
I like Reid, similar but still definitely male.?

I have a 27 year old (male) cousin named Reese. He was captain of the football team and homecoming king. I think it is totally appropriate for either sex.
I love this name for both a boy and girl. Boy I would spell it Rhys. I do think that it's more associated as a girl name now so I would not use it on a boy for that reason.

I have a male cousin whose name is Reese and I think it's a great name for a boy or girl. Before Reese Whitherspoon came along, I had always associated the name with a boy. If you like it, I say go for it.

I like it spelled Rhys, I think it implies boy. As long as you would be OK with a girl in his class having the same name.
"Normal day, let me be aware of the treasured day you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart...let me hold you while I may."
Reece is a great name. Its one of those that can be for a boy or girl. I'm leaning more for a boy than a girl. It sounds like a good strong name. Sounds handsome too!

I think that name will go either go. I've heard of Reese Witherspoon and then the one son on Malcolm in the Middle was named Reece.
I think it's become too much of a girl name, especially because of Reese Witherspoon.
I like the suggestion of Reid - similar, but much more masculine.
