We just started washing everything, but the nursery is a mess (filled with shower presents) and we still need to set up the swing, bouncer, etc.  I'd also like to decorate the room - but not really sure what to put on the walls at this point.

I'm here as well, mostly lurking.  If it makes you feel any better, the only thing we use the nursery for is changing diapers!  DS sleeps in a PNP in our room and naps wherever - on us, swing, etc.  I worked so hard on making the nursery perfect and it's hardly even used =(  Of course he'll start sleeping in the crib eventually, but I had no idea how little use the nursery would get in the beginning.
