Pediatrician in Newton area?

It's not exactly in Newton, but we take my DD to Dr. Thayer in the Harvard Vanguard, Watertown office.  We have had really good experiences so far with both Dr. Thayer and the practice.  Some of the biggest benefits, I think, are that they have so many services in-house (lab, pharmacy, specialists all in one location).  Also, you would have to travel to the Somerville office, but they offer urgent care Saturay and Sunday, which is great.  Good luck with your search!

I can't recommend him yet but I just picked Dr. Dominguez at Newton Wellesley Family Pediatrics.  Its in the Green Bldg at Newton Wellesley, and they do rounds at the hospital where I assume you'll deliver?

Well, I definitely can recommend Dr. Dominguez from Newton Wellesley Family Pediatrics.  He is FANTASTIC and my daughter (6) and I adore him.  DS who is 2 months old had a few weight/medical issues right after birth, so he is seeing Dr. Charles Brown (same practice).  They are a fabulous practice.  If you need more info, please let me know.  They have a website now: www.nwfpediatrics.com

Thanks for the recommendation. I will not be delivering at Newton Wellesley, but it's close to where i live so i will certainly look into it.
