I left my book at home thinking I would be back before 8pm and I am still here at my MIL's with no hope of leaving soon...
I'm at the very end of Dragonfly in Amber. But I won't be finishing it tonight. DH wants to hang out.

I fell in love with Outlander ... but DIA was a very difficult read to put it mildly... The scenes in france dragged... Lallybroch was ok, but after then I just could not take it...

I've enjoyed the whole thing, but I didn't put my life on hold and completely ignore my family because of it! (Like Outlander.)
I'm looking forward to Voyager... and DoA, especially -- people just rave about that one. I'm having a hard time believing that some people liked it better than Outlander.

Well, Dh is talking with his mom and sister, I nod and smile on occassion so they think I am interested in their conversation. DD has been asleep since 8pm at which time I thought we would be going home no later than 9... that didnt happen...

What will transporting DD home be like? I can't imagine our girl standing for that!
