Cost of in home daycare

Hello, I am going to talk to a neighbor about possibly doing daycare for my little one when he/she arrives - 3 days a week.  In the PHX area, what do you think is a good price - daily and/or for 3 days total?  Just so I have an idea when talking to her.  Thanks!

I spoke with a woman in Snottsdale about in-home daycare.  She took the state max (5) and she charged $900 a month for 5 days a week and $800 a month for 4 days a week.  She didn't discount for less than that.

I have seen like 130-150 a week for in home non licenced places.

I pay $105/week for 2 1/2 days.  DS goes from 6:30am-5:30 pm two days and then from 6:30am to 2pm one day.  $25-35 per day is the norm around here for in-home daycare
