 Yes. Zyrtec, Claritin and Benadryl are all safe throughout pregnancy. I tooke Zyrtec during both of my pregnancies. However, the D form of Z and C are not recommended.

From the other girls it sounds like you can.  I asked M's pedi allergist a few days ago if I could take the otc zyrtek and he said yes (but I'm almost 22 wks).  But seriously, wtf is in the air, this seasonal allergyshit is awful.

I believe so. My allergies are horrible this time of year and it's the only thing that works and that my doctor recommended I take when I was pregnant. I took it in the first tri w/ both girls.
