2nd Beta - Thoughts appreciated

hey ladies!  i had my second Beta today.  my first was 67 and today it was 110.  it's only been 48 hours, so they've ordered more blood for Saturday.  my progesterone was also low at 11 so they started me on suppositories.  you guys think this sounds okay?  i kinda think it does, but i'm so scared about all of this............TIA

    You know my thoughts on this already...but I'm sending out all the good vibes I can for you.  These first few weeks are torture.  Hang in there mama!

    Your beta should double in 48-72 hours and you are well on track for that to happen.

    This is the exact reason I don't like offices that do betas only 48 hours apart -- they make you worry for no good reason at all.

    Emi - I know girl!  I just like to hear it from others too :-)  you know me, nervous nelly.  i think i'm gonna have one drawn tomorrow too since it will be three days post the first one to make sure it is doubled and hten get the blood work they want again on Saturday.  Just a little nerve wracking!

     

    Robyn - Thanks!  when she said, "Well, we really like them to double every 48 hours" my response was 'But can't it take 72?".  They are great there, but the phone call was a little distressing..........Thank you for replying!!!!  it helps me to see that i'm not being crazy........

    i'm sure you are on track and the addition of suppositories sounds normal to me, too. my beta numbers weren't the really big ones that give all sorts of comfort and were barely w/in the doubling arena. but, my little angel caught up by week 8 and we are on track with the masses for the most part.

    don't lose hope! worrying won't change anything.

    it's FINE!

    my doc liked to see a rise of x 1.7 in 48 hrs! you're w/in that range!

    glad they started you on the supplements! i also have low progesterone and i think that's what has helped keep this pg going!!!?

    I didn't have beta issues, but I did have progesterone issues.  My was 14.6 at the first draw and dropped to 12.1 with the second.  I was already on supplements so they increased my dose.  By the 3rd draw, I was over 20 which is where my RE wanted it.  I'm sure you're fine!  The supplements should help.
