Ugh, I am so annoyed. I hadn't heard anything from Dr. E.'s office confirming DD's appt tomorrow so I called this morning. After waiting on  hold for 10+ minutes I finally got a live person who told me that her appointment was 'cancelled' and rescheduled for October after I go back to work, fabulous! I asked if anyone would have called me but the person answering the phones dodged that question. Grr. Luckily they were able to squeeze me us in for 2 weeks from now on the day before I go back to work. I'm just annoyed in general with St. V's right now. I got a call the other day from a collections agency for a bill that I never got from the MFM doctors! Upon further investigation they had our zip wrong in the physician billing system so the bill was returned and instead of investigating or cross referencing with my hospital account they turned it over to a debt collector. Man did that poor gal get a piece of my mind!
