Leaking bottles

Why all of a sudden do my Dr Brown bottles leak all over the baby when I am feeding her.  I have to wrap a birp cloth around it so it doesn't leak on her.  Does anyone else have this problem with these bottles?  Am I doing something wrong?  I bought three new bottles a week ago and ever since then they have been leaking.

If milk gets inside the tube in the center they will leak.  I have the same problem and sometimes I have to reposition the way I feed DS to make sure we both don't get soaked.

I've  never had issues with Dr. Browns bottles leaking.

If they are too full it will leak out of the collar area.

I am feeding her 4 oz out of 4 oz and 8 oz bottles and even the 8 oz bottles leak.  So I don't think over filling is the problem.  It could be bc milk is getting in the tube.....hmmm.
