Anyone TTC for a long time and get pregnant w/o help?

We have been TTC for 12 months now and I feel like I have completely given up hope for having another baby without medical help.  We have a healthy 3 year old that I got pregnant with on the very first try. I am only 25 so I know i have lots of time, but I am just so discouraged.  My question is this:  Have any of you TTC for a long time and did get pregnant without medical help?

13 cycles.  I was going back on bc that month.  Took atest when I realized I was a week late.

Are you charting to see what your cycle is like?  If not, it may be something simple that doesn't require a lot of medical help.

I know how frustrated it is to try for a long time.  I had a short luteal phase that progesterone fixed.

We had been trying for 6 months and my cycles were really screwy, so I made an appointment with my OB/GYN.  I started Provera and Clomid without success.  I developed a large cyst on my left ovary while I was on medication, also.  My last cycle was med-free and we were also not supposed to try.  According to my temps, I did not ovulate, but as you can see below...I got a BFP today!  I am in total shock because I was not at all expecting to see a positive.

18 long cycles gave us DS. The cycle that we got our BFP was the one that we were going to start medical intervention.

It took 6 to get DD.

We did not prevent between DD#1 & DD#2--I got my AF 4mo PP w/ DD#1--it took 15mo to get pg again...that month we had sex every single day & I was sick (so I took Robitussin)--not sure if it 'was' the difference but it worked--LOL!
