Black Butte?

We are off to Black Butte this weekend. We are fairly new to the area and have never been but are borrowing a friends condo for the weekend...what are some things we can do there with our LO who is 6 mos?  Any recs on places to eat/things to see or do? Thanks!

Sisters is a super cute little town to stroll through just outside of Black Butte.

Suttle Lake is just up the road from Black Butte as well, and it has a cute restraunt and lodge, as well as a walking path along the lake.

But if you have time be sure to come into Bend, I live here and there are lots of things to do in town.

 Sunriver is more south but also has lots of walking/bike paths. Be sure to get an ice cream from Goody's if you come into Bend or Sunriver.

Also it is weirdly cold here today. Supposedly it is going to be warmer this weekend but if I know anything about Central Oregon it is that...just because it says one thing about the weather doesn't mean it won't do the exact opposit. So please bring some warm clothes just in case!!

Wow, thanks so much for all of the recommendations!! I did see the weather and it said 90 but I agree, you never know!! Thanks again, we will def. try out some of those places!!!

It is warmer here today, just an FYI so it should be pretty nice I think. But it is cooler in the evenings lately. And Black Butte is a higher elevation than Bend.
