I am six weeks along and still feeling great! Everyday I got for a four mile walk with my SIL. Yesterday halfway through I started to get some pelvic pain on my right side. It wasn't so bad that I wanted to stop just a bit uncomfortable, like I pulled a mussle. This morning when I woke up I still have a bit of ache.
Should I call my doctor over this? Should I continue to walk? Am I overreacting?

I think I did the same thing to myself last Friday. It felt liked a pulled muscle just above my bikini line on my right side and it started right after I hauled two watermelons up four flights of stairs (smart, I know).
I rested all day Friday and didn't exercise over the weekend (the gym was closed, so it was a fairly easy decision). I didn't call the doctor bc it was the holiday weekend, but I probably wouldn't have anyway.
I'd give it a day or two and if it gets worse in any way, I'd call. I wouldn't go walking until it feels better completely. And no, I don't think you're overreacting at all.
