DC's mattress: innerspring or foam?

Which did you buy for DC and why?

We're getting ready to buy DS#1's bed (full size) and I haven't purchased a mattress since "memory foam" became so popular.  They look comfy, but also really heavy and awkward to move - is that true? Pros/cons?

Recommendations?

hi!!!   we have a foam mattress and like it a lot. I've heard they can get really warm...ie, absorb your body heat and hold on to it while you sleep. we haven't had that experience though. 

how are you? how's things?

DS has a foam one from Ikea.  I would have bought a "regular" one but at the time he liked napping on his foam couch in his room over his crib so I thought he would like it more...and it was great that it was so much cheaper but not the real reason.  DS loves his bed.
