My almost 4.5 yo DS has been potty trained since January (he trained late). At what point do you stop the night time pull-up? I don't really pay attention to how often he wakes up dry, but there have been times when he has woken up in the middle of the night to go potty. Do I just stop using them? I think part of it is my own fear and I hate having to do a complete bed change in the middle of the night.

Ugggh . . . I guess it is time. Thanks for the advice.
we have a crib size flat mattress protector that is soft that we put on top of the sheet . we put dd in cotton trainers at first and placed a potty in her room on a towel in case she couldn't make it to the bathroom. we limit liquids at night. and have her urinate right before bed. she was dry pretty quickly. she's been out of pullups at night for about 6 months or so.
some kids just cannot go that long though. my brother took longer .. I think to age 5 or 6 at night. he'll get there. if you can find a good sheet protector that, would be helpful for you.
good luck .
