I don't want to say this too loud...DD is PT'ed!

We "ran" out of pullups this weekend and told DD she would be in underwear.  She knew it was coming, we'd been warning her the pullups were running out for weeks in advance.

Saturday was tough (thanks for anyone here who indulged my frustrated post from that day ).  It was a complete battle of wills.  She was just really nervous to take the plunge.  She went pee on the potty, no accidents.  And we let her poop in a pullup (we were at the park and decided to tackle one thing, pee, at a time anyway) that day.

Sunday she had two potty accidents, one while she was out with DH (he took the potty chair with him in the back of the SUV, but she was distracted--totally our fault) and one after her nap when she couldn't make it from her bed to the potty chair in time.  But she was a trooper and put underwear back on each time.  She also pooped in the potty chair! 

Monday, no accidents and she pooped in the potty chair again!  She was really "getting" it yesterday.  She was excited to go to daycare in underwear today like her friends.

I know we're not totally there yet, but before this weekend, you could count on ONE hand the number of times she went on the potty chair.  I think we made it over the hump she was afraid of.

Congrats! I hope that it continues to go smoothly for you. My DD was also PT'd over just one weekend, so I know what a sense of accomplishment it is for the parent as well.
