How long did your stitches hurt?

It depends on how bad you tore/cut.  I had a 2nd degree tear and I started feeling 'normal' again around 4 weeks.

I'm not going to lie.  It took 2-3 weeks before I was completely pain free.  At that point, most of them had dissolved and I was nearly 100% healed.  I kept my prescription Motrin and regular Tylenol handy.

Ouch ladies, but good to know I probably have a couple of weeks to go. I won't expect to be jogging tomorrow or anything, haha.

3 weeks maybe? They're mostly better now, just a bit tender at times. It stopped hurting to sit pretty quickly -- maybe a week and a half or so?

I had/have 10 stitches. I felt a lot better after about 2 weeks.

I ended up with two second degree tears, each needing about ten stitches.  I think I hurt the most right around four or five days PP.  It still burns from time to time when I pee, and if I sit down wrong or stay sitting for too long, I start getting sore, but it's definitely getting better.
