Abnormal AFP...

So, they said my AFT came back abnormal and the ratio was 1:246.  I had an ultrasound done and due to the baby being in a breech position, they couldn't see the tail of the spine and an angle on the heart.  So I have to go back in two weeks to have a repeat ultrasound to check these out.  Then I will have an ultrasound every 4-6 weeks to check growth.  My doctor said that 1:246 is still a good number and I should have no worries, but I do.  Has anyone else had an abnormal result?
