F/U - DD's First Flight a Success

Just a quick follow-up from my post a few weeks ago. I ended up deciding to take the Graco car seat and the Snap-n-Go through security and then I checked them at the plane door. I put DD into the Bjorn before heading down the ramp so that I could easily hand them the car seat and frame. All of the airline staff were super helpful and she did beautifully on both flights. I was also very pleased at how easy it was to install the Graco car seat in the car without the base. Now she is having fun with me, grandma and great grandma in Iowa! I hope the way home is just as easy.

    That's great news!  I would have been scared to fly alone with Maggie when she was a baby - so high maintenance.

    I'm so happy to hear it went well. I have been pondering doing a trip to visit friends myself so it's nice to hear that the airline staff were helpful.
