If you had a personal problem with a fellow nestie, do you think you'd allow it to spill over on to the board? Or would you TRY to deal with it out of the spotlight?

It depends on how personal the problem is. Probably try to deal with it out of the spotlight, although since it most likely doesn't involve me, I'm going to say let it spill on to the board, so we have some entertainment. Ha!

If I was friends with that person IRL i would deal with it off the boards. but I'm not IRL friends with any nesties. And any nesties that rub me the wrong way I ignore and roll my eyes at the screen

I don't think I would deal with it at all. The opinions of the people on here don't affect me so I can't even see really having a problem with anyone on here. Of course there are a few bumpies that I would consider efriends and if we had an eissue I would deal with that through pm, fb messaging, or email b/c it would be a private matter.
