I would pronounce Laila as Lay-la, so I'd defintely say Lilah. Although I have an extended family member that is Lylah (yuck!)

For the Ly-lah pronunciation, go with Lila or Lilah.  I don't have a preference between those two.  Laila will be pronounced like Lay-lah.  Leila would be Lay-lah too.
