have to pick a new name

so the boyfriend calls me today and says he doesnt like the name we've picked out anymore (Sophia) so I told him I didn't like the middle name he picked (Elisabeth) soooo we decided to explore other options AGAIN. I thought we were past this lol

    Thanks, I think so too. Choosing a name is so difficult, everyone has an opinion or something to say about every name I pick that I end up 2nd guessing myself...I've changed my mind a dozen times!

    Do you really not like the middle name or did you just say that because he doesn't like Sophia? If you didn't like Elisabeth why did you agree that it would be your DD's middle name?

    we were going with my family's tradition where for the daughters the mom picks the first name and dad picks the middle name (vice versa for sons). I agreed with it because it's not terrible, but I don't particularly love it either.

    Sometimes it's easier to pick a name once you have the baby. And once he sees you go through labor he'll probably let you pick whatever name you want.

    Are you starting from scratch? Because there are a lot of great variations of those two names you could try, like Sonia Elise or something along those lines.

    This. And the last couple weeks of pregnancy because those suck too.
