I hear ya on the "cautiously optimistic" stuff. I'm sure I'd be the same way. But I can't help celebrating a leetle bit!!!! You tell me when it's ok to go completely bonkers for you, and I'll do that then, too.
My time away was challenging. It included: A viewing and funeral for a high school friend who died unexpectedly (won't go into it, but it was awful) and a doc's appointment for my mom. The good news is the docs at the Lupus Center are fabulous, and they already have a plan - and we all know how plans help us feel better.
Oh Joyful - I'm so sorry you lost one of your friends and that your Mom is having problems from Lupus. I hope their plan is a good one and your mom finds some relief soon. Please know you and your mom are in my T&Ps ((hugs))

Yay!! Joyful is back! And yep I'm KU. I still can't quite believe it. DH and I are cautiously excited and just hope this is a really sticky baby.
How was your time away?
