Do you have to clean pump parts with soap and water if you are then going to put them in the dishwas

Can I just rinse with water and throw them in there or do I have to use soap and water first?  I know it sounds like I'm being lazy - but I'm just so, so tired.

I just put them straight in the dishwasher.
