Enrichment activities for toddlers?

My Mom stays with DD on Wednesdays and she's struggling with how to spend enrichment time with DD. Sometimes she wants to do more than the usual things we do with DD like going to the library, the park, reading books, play dates, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions for activities she can do indoors? I'm sure there are lists of interactive toddler games but I'm hoping to get some tried and true ideas from other Moms. Thanks!

Can you afford to enroll them into a kids' gym?

Our county has activity programs for ages starting at 6mo, everything from music to nature walks to swimming. Maybe there is a program or class your mom can enroll in with your D?

We belong to Gymboree but sadly they don't have classes on Wednesdays when my Mom is with DD.

I've been researching that option but so far most things are on not on Wednesdays when Mom is with DD.
