Is this rude?

You're sitting with a couple of other parents after preschool while the children play together before going home. Two of the mothers (one mother is a native English speaker, the second mother is originally from a different country but speaks fluent English) start carrying on a very loud and animated conversation in a different language while you awkwardly sit there with them.

Rude or no?

I personally think it's rude.  But I really aware of things like that because I would never want somene to feel like their were excluded.

Okay, so I'm not wrong in thinking it's rude. Good to know, LOL.

I know that in the grand scheme of things it's not a huge deal, but I find that it happens to me quite frequently when picking ds up from preschool and I can't help but be annoyed. A minor annoyance, but annoying nonetheless.
