Have you picked up any Simethicone yet? (Gas-x)

It reaaaally helps with my gas pains-somehow allows the gas to move through easier/quicker/less painfully ( gas is a never fail part of AF for me.)

Yeah, we are very high fiber as well, so I buy a big bottle of the generic because we go through a lot.  Why pay more for the name?

I have this problem too! I hope you feel better. I have spent whole days in bed crying because I have such bad gas. I also have an inflammatory bowel disease that contributes largely in my case.
