My head hurts, almost at my neck. Right around the back of my left ear. Any idea how to get rid of this pain without taking Tylenol, or any other pain meds...
Or is this a really dangerous pain I should see my Dr about?
If you don't want to take anything, drink some water. I've read that when we take meds for headaches often it's the water that does the trick, not the painkillers!
Otherwise, caffeine actually works for many. That along with lying down in a dark room

Feel better!
I like those ideas, I'm also thirsty & tired. That will solve all my problems. And you just made me realize the headache is probably due entirely to dehydration...
Re: Any non-med suggestions?
I've had headaches there.
