I hope my Dr. didn't jinx me!

I had a great appt. today! In 4 days I went from not dilated and 20% effaced to 2cm and 50%, and the baby has officially dropped! My Dr. told me two things that after he told me I scolded him for...he said 1) I will not make it to my due date and 2) this baby is going to be smaller than DS#1. Talk about giving a pregnant woman some potentially false hope! But, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping he's right! :)

    My doctor has been telling me since 36 weeks that I wouldnt make it to my due date...at 36 weeks I was 2cm and 50%...well at 37 weeks I was the same...talk about a downer.  Today was my 38 week appt and I gained a cm...woohoo Im at 3cm now!

    My doctor said the same thing about me with my firstborn and I had her 2 days before my due date. Wink Hope his prediction is right!
