Ovary Pain at 10 Weeks?

I'm almost 10 weeks along and all day today I've been having pretty bad pain on my right side, down by my ovary.  I had slight pain in the earlier weeks that alternated from one side to the other, but was mostly on the left.  The pain I've had on the right today is the worst I've felt yet.  I'm not doubling over in pain or anything, but am just wondering if this is normal.  I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and wasn't told that I had a cyst, but I'm wondering if maybe they didn't notice if they weren't specifically looking for one.  Thoughts?

It could be round ligament pain.

It is normal to get cramps from the side you ovulated from. They will stop in a few weeks.

I am 10 wks today and I was up a lot last night! because of my ovary pain. I think I might have one of those common cysts that pregnant women develop. I will ask next week during my ultrasound to check for a cyst. I joke with husband that I have cyst but I really don't have any idea what is causing the pain. It really hurts too. I mean I am not doubled over but I deffinatly can't sleep on my right side and it keeps me awake.

Sounds like it could be round ligament pain...that's how I would have described mine when I first had it a couple weeks ago.  I wasn't aware it could start so early but it makes sense with all the growing and stretching going on in there.  My NP told me that's most likely what it was, your uterus is lifting up and stretching and the ligaments down at the bottom have to pull and stretch.

OMG.... I had this last night! I will be 10 weeks tomorrow.

Last night I was laying down on my left side and went to roll over and felt this very sharp pain down by my right ovary. It lasted for a little while but hurt so bad it made me nauseous. My thought throughout the night was that it had to be an ovarian cyst but I also had an u/s at 7.3 weeks and no one mentioned anything to me about it.

It lingered this morning but was gone by the time I got to work. If it happens again tonight I will definately mention it at my apt. on Tuesday.

Let me know if you hear anything from your Doc. if you do decide to inquire about it.

I'm only 9 weeks and have a small ovarian cyst on my left side.  I get pains there every once in awhile, but they noticed it at my 7 week appointment on my u/s..... if it's lingering I'm not sure it's a cyst though.....
