Last week I posted a question on the 0-6 month board for new mama's who went natural to see what they did to prepare. I figured I would post it here incase anyone was interested. I got some great feedback!
Enjoy!

Re: Wanting to go natural?
I just wanted to add I had DS natural and had a great experience. I am looking forward to doing it again this time around. I wouldn't have it any other way. I used mostly Bradley techniques.
I also wanted to add that given how many people there said they went natural and it wasn't planned that way, I'm thinking it would be a good idea to be prepared for it either way.
Thank you and I completely agree with being prepared either way!
I also went natural with DD after being induced. I knew this was going to be the case (as it will with this LO) since epi's don't mix with my meds. I highly recommend the Bradley method and getting DH (or whomever your labor coach is) involved early on so they know what to expect as well.
If you are considering Bradley classes, look into them early as they are 12 weeks long and there may be a shortage of instructors depending on where you live.
