I think I may be having a miscarriage...

I'm only about 6 or 7 wks along (haven't been to the doc yet). Last night when I used the restroom I noticed some blood on the toilet paper. None on my panties though. I've still been feeling nauseas today, which is good. I went to the restroom at work and noticed some brownish mucos. Not alot, but enough. And just now I had some slight pangs of cramping. And I had some a couple times over the weekend. Is this too slight to be a miscarriage? I think I may be overreacting, but am so nervous. I go to the doctor Wednesday.

    You should call your doctor immediately and tell them your concerns.  It really depends.  Good luck.

    Spotting is typical during early pregnancy. I'd call your doctor to see if you can get in today.

    Spotting can be very common during pg. It would be best to call your dr. and get your hcg levels checked.
