Shoes size at 1.5 yrs vs 2.5 yrs?

DD is 1.5 & I just bought her a pair of sandals online which are really big, so I'm wondering if I should exchange them for a smaller size or just hold on to them for next summer.  How many shoes sizes did your DC go up in 1 year?

hmmm..... dd went from a 3 - 4 over the summer that she was 1.5... the following summer she went from a 5.-6... this summer (3 1/2), 8.

Evelyn was a 5.5 at 1.5 and is now a 7 at 2.5

Charlotte was a 6.5 at 1.5 and is now 8.5 at 2.5 (yes, she has clown feet ).

DD wore a 5.5-6 at 1.5 and at  25 months she's wearing sz 7, probably will be in an 8 by fall when she'll be 2.5. So about 2-3 sizes?

My son's feet don't grow. He went from a 6.5 at 1.5 to a 7 at 2yr. This summer I moved him up to a 7.5. I'm buying him size 8 for fall.

Last summer (1.5) DD was a 4, this summer she was a 6.
