How do you keep socks on your DC?

It's pretty chilly and DD's feet are freezing. I have put socks on her 4 times today.

    My DD loves "fun" socks (and it'a almost always too warm for them, but she still likes them). Polkadots, stripes, whatever.

    DD is not a big fan of socks, but loves her slippers.

    I don't.

    If she wants them on, she'll leave them on. My feet always feel cold to other people (ok, they feel cold to DH), but I'm not uncomfortable, I HATE hot feet.
