MS Word question

My mom asked me to reformat a standard Word document so that it can be printed on Aver 18663 labels. It's been years since I've done this. Can anyone help me, please?

    I using Office 07. Go to the mailing tab, then envelopes and labels. Pick labels, then pick the Avery 18663, and a document will come up that is formatted to that label.
