I'm so thankful for my job. I've been able to work at home quite a bit... and to arrange my schedule so DH could look after DD when I went in. They can come with me sometimes, too. She hasn't needed much childcare at all. I think I'd die if I was in an 8-5 office job 5 days a week.
Don't post this on the WM board - they will eat you alive! There are always moms coming on trying to ask if anyone works from home and doesn't have daycare for their kids. This ruffles a lot of feathers over there.

Interesting! Why do they get so upset? I feel like I'm missing something really obvious. :P

We get so upset because the fantasy that there are a million and one jobs out there that don't require any talent or skill and will pay you a great salary to work only when you feel like it while you're also taking care of your kids is an annoying one, and it gets tiring hearing the same annoying question asked over and over.
I'd be willing to bet that most of the jobs on that website end up being scams of some sort as well.
