Have you ever had you child on a slide?

My MIL put my little one the slide they have for their swingset this weekend and let her go down by herself. As anyone else done that? I don't want to feel like an overprotective freak but I worry about my DD and that she could have hurt herself.

    I've gone down the slide with her, but have never let her go down by herself. She's younger than your LO, but I'm an overprotective freak too.
