Okay, I can't believe I am even typing this. lol
I am *just* now starting to toy with the idea of a 3rd baby. Some days though...I am still wondering wth I am thinking! lol
Anyway, for you mommies of 3....how was the transition from 2 to 3 kids? Going from 1 to 2 kids was brutal for me. I am not going to lie. And while DH wants a 3rd and I am kind of yearning for just one more...I am SO afraid to go through what I went through after Noah was born. Going from no babies to a baby was MUCH easier for me, and most people say that is harder.
We will definitely be waiting until Noah is at least 3 to try...I am NOT doing this 2 yr age difference again. He will be potty trained and hopefully through with his terrible 2's and 3's by the time the next baby is born.
So....how was it? Lay it all on me....there is nothing I can't hear or haven't felt with the whole transition from 1 to 2. Trust me. ![]()
Re: Going from 1 to 2 kids vs. going from 2 to 3 kids....
We have 4 children. There are 8 years between our first two children, 27 months between #2 & #3 and 33 mos between #3 & #4. That said, going from 1-2 was MUCH harder than from 2-3 or 3-4. Actually, when we added baby #4 to our family it was a breeze! So easy that I am crazy enough to be considering a 5th
If you can handle 2, you can handle 3, IMO. Having the 33 month spacing was DEFINITELY, hands-down a better spacing than the 27 mos for us. If we do have a 5th, I will aim for a 3-4 year spacing this time around.
