  • My doctor told me to use the regular sudafed that you have to get from behind the counter, not sudafed pe.  Only take 1 pill 3 times a day.  I was using that a lot because I get sinus headaches and was a little concerned with some stuff I read on the Internet, so I started using Vics Vapor Rub.  That helps, too.
  • I had a bad cold like two weeks ago and the doctor told me to take Tylenol Cold which was alright not as effective as Ny/DayQuil which is what I usually take.

The Ob told me that it was pretty much safe for me, since I don't have a high risk PG, to take any medicine over the counter expect for Ny/DayQuil because they contain alcohol.

  • I took sudafed, the red pills. It honestly didn't do much but I started feeling sick last sunday and i'm just now starting to feel better.
