"Dear Lord, I would have loved to have held my babies on my lap & tell them about you, but since I didn't get the chance, would you please hold them on your lap & tell them about me?" All are welcome!
a couple of hours ago (before leaving for work) I ate toast with a little butter/cinnamon sugar on it.
Now, at my desk I'm eating a bowl of combined cocoa puffs and rice puffs cereals and drinking a glass of milk. (I usually eat something smallish before work to settle my stomach and then have "real breakfast" at work).

Every morning for the past severeal weeks (except for when we were out of town), I have had two slices of cinnamon bread, a banana, and some orange juice. It has become the breakfast of champions!

I eat a spinach and egg sandwich every.sing.morning. Have for years now. But yesterday we finished the bread, and we are out of spinach, and I was too lazy to go to the store So I'm just having my two eggs plain, maybe I'll throw a little cheddar cheese on top. Morning snack is a frozen fruit smoothie with some yogurt- I've got enough for one more!

I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast shake before taking DH to work. I just ate a piece of toast with cinammon and had a glass of grape juice for my "real" breakfast.
Don't eat an orange. I did and the entire thing just came back up. It's frustrating because it was the only thing in the whole house that sounded appetizing.

Strawberry mini wheats.
Yesterday I had a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit from McDonalds (with orange juice). I do not recommend. I threw up in chunks.

blueberry muffin with apple juice.
That counts as at least two servings of fruit right?
Oh, and I did have saltines at home!
