what signs does your child exhibit when having a growth spurt

Aiden is  going on almost 2 yrs of complaining about his back hurting we have had an xray and his back looks fine.  the only thing i can think is maybe it is from growing

J eats us out of house and home!  He will eat from the time he gets up until he goes to sleep. He'll also ask for a snack in the middle of the night.

HORRIFIC behavior! Chronic bad behavior is almost always followed by a couple of inches or pounds.

I just notice them getting a little chubbier and then they usually shoot up in height too.

REOM, really?  I'm going to have to see if that correlates in our house.  I certainly hope it does b/c I could use an explanation for some of L's behavior lately!

Audrey will eat for days and will sleep like crazy too.

DD gets super whiney and moody..and like other previous posters she will eat like she's starving all day long (which is a HUGE deal for her...because otherwise she is the worst eater we've ever encountered)!  She's actually growing right now....because the last couple of days she's been eating non-stop and being super moody (at least I hope that's what's going on...lol)!
