How soon can AF come after provera?

I know it cant take up to 2wks for AF to show up but how soon could she show up. Last night was my 10th day and today I noticed some light spotting. Could this possibly AF coming to town already?

I started spotting on Day 8 of Provera but didn't get AF until about 10 days later.

I've been on Provera a few times. Here's how it worked for me:

7days: AF two days later

10days: AF two days later

5days: AF four days later

The earliest I've gotten it is on day 7 of the pills. Since then (first round) it has gotten progressively longer. Mine went:

day 7
2 days after last pill
2 weeks after last pill

I have one more day for this round of pills and hope AF isn't too far behind. HTH!

I've taken it several times and it always varies. It has been as soon as two or three days after the 10th pill or as late as two weeks. It could very well be on it's way (sometimes I get spotting right before full flow AF). It stresses me out when it's closer to two weeks though because if I'm taking Provera, it's because it has already been over a month since last AF...don't know if that helps much, but good luck.

I take provera every time I need a period. I take it for 10 days. I always start 3-4 days after the last pill. Hope that helps.
