Recipe post

Anything new you'd like to try?

I get really bored with recipes and like to make new things often. (Poor DH! After a meal, he'll say, "That was really good! Too bad I won't get it again for 6 mos.") So these are the new meals I'm trying this week. I've done all the grocery shopping, now I just need to do the cooking! I've been realllllly lazy about cooking lately, so I'm hoping these will reinvigorate me in the kitchen.

This is a Chinese chicken salad. I used to love it w/Nappa cabbage, but I haven't had that in years since I became allergic to cabbage. I'm hoping this will be good - Ina seldom disappoints.

I'm going to make these mini meat loaves for DH to take when he goes OOT. I already have a meatloaf recipe that I like, but why not try something new?

I've been wanting Feta cheese lately, and tomatoes, so I thought I'd try this one.
