High progesterone level on day 3

Hi,

I have PCOS and was supposed to start on Clomid this cycle but was told to skip this cycle since my progesterone level was high today (day3.) They found a small cyst on the right and it will probably go away on its own after this cycle but it is producing the hormones. (sigh)

Does anybody had a similar experience? I was pretty excited about starting on Clomid now that I got my period and today I'm little down:(
