Nipple cream

I have been using the Lansinoh nipple cream and I am not too thrilled with it.  It is too thick and I think it is making my DD's baby acne worse.  Anyone have another cream that they like?

    Motherlove Nipple Cream. You can get it at Whole Foods. You don't have to wash it off before nursing and it is nice and smooth.
