Chicken Salad recipe?

I used to go to this deli that made THE BEST chicken salad EVER!!   Not like lettuce salad but it was big chunks/cubes of chicken with chopped celery in this white sauce...prob some sort of mayo combination but (I hate Mayo) and it didnt taste like it!  It was YUM!!!   Anyone ever make it? recipe?

    did it have grapes?  I do the diced chicken (or I shred a rotisserie chicken from the deli), add diced celery, diced onion, halved grapes, walnuts (or pecans... mmmm I love pecans), little salt and pepper (unless it's the seasoned rotisserie) and some mayo. that's it. 

     

    I also like to put a scoop in croissants before baking them... so it's baked in the center. mmmmmm .

    I bet it would be good with plain yogurt... I've made a chicken curry salad with yogurt.  I think it had raisins diced chicken, yogurt, curry powder... some other stuff???  It was from food network's website.

    I made one yesterday with Chicken, onion, celery, mayo, dijon must, lemon juice and s&p  (all the recipes I found were pretty much the same)...It was good but NOT like the one they had there....I think they DID use Yogurt also but not sure how or how much.....  Crying
