Sleeping more than usual?

My baby has been sleeping more than normal for the past few days.  He usually takes two 2-3 hour naps and a 1-hour nap during the day, but he has been sleeping nearly all day today off and on.  He's been just a wee bit more fussy as well.  He is 10 weeks old.  Is there some sort of 10 week growth spurt of which I am unaware?

    Could be a growth spurt. Maybe check to see if he has a fever just to be ont he safe side?

    No high fever to speak of.  Head is cool as a cucumber and temp was 98.9.  His normal is 98.7.

    Mine does the same thing! He sleeps from 10 30 pm to about 6 or 7. Then he wakes up to eat every 2-3 hours and goes back to sleep until about 1 or 3pm. Its crazy! I try to wake him up but hes just not having it... Then hes up all afternoon and evening.  I wish I could get him on a better schedule but he wont nap all day once hes up so I just let him sleep.
